Cancellation ∙ No Show ∙ Late Arrival ∙ Deposits

A client’s salon experience is paramount to Modify. We value every client and their time. We do understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary - our salon coordinators are more than happy to cater to your scheduling needs.

​

  • We respectfully ask clients to confirm or reschedule or cancel their appointment 48 hours in advance.  No shows and late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee of your scheduled appointment. 

​

  • If you FAIL TO SHOW (‘NO-SHOW’) FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and do not provide at least 48 hour notice of cancellation, you will be charged a 100% Fee for the total price of your scheduled service.

​

  • If you are MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE for your scheduled appointment and fail to contact us, we may have to cancel your appointment and you will be charged a Late Fee of 50% of your scheduled service.

​

  • New clients booking expensive treatments (Brazilian and American Wave) will be required to pay an upfront deposit of $100. This is non-refundable and will be applied towards the actual service.
